Daily breathwork practice is a simple, natural way to return to yourself.

How often can you practice Integrative Breathwork?
You can experience a one-time journey and continue with your daily life.
You may attend sessions based on how you feel, but it is recommended not more often than once every two weeks. If you wish to practice weekly, it's best to discuss it with the facilitator.
For long-term results, it is recommended to attend between 6 to 10 breathwork sessions, ideally once a month.

Subsequent sessions (2 hours): 100 EUR
(*For sessions after 5:00 PM or on weekends, the fee is 140 EUR) -
