SOMATIC ALIGNMENT
Somatic Alignment practice involves bringing the physical, emotional and mental bodies together in a holistic way towards inner balance and harmony. Through gentle, conscious breathing, body touch and gentle movements, the body is allowed to remember and release its time-line armour (de-amouring). The practice helps to restore the free flow of energy, to feel inner lightness and harmony.
